Welcome to Balteus Design Group

Balteus Design Group has completed projects ranging from; medium to high end residential, minor-major commercial additions & remodels, to public works and private commercial, educational and industrial facilities.  Contracts have ranged from space allocation & feasibility studies, Idaho Community Block Grant application preliminaries, permit drawing only projects, design-build projects and full service contract administration.  The flexibility of the sole proprietorship allows the analysis of each and every project to identify the most cost effective and comprehensive delivery method based on the owners particular requirements.  

Design Group is a local Architecture Firm based in Jerome, Idaho.  The owner, Barrett Skiver Craig, AIA, has firm ties to the area as he was born and raised in Jerome.  Mr. Craig has worked locally in the field of Architecture since 1994 and started Balteus Design Group as a sole proprietorship in January of 2005.  Since then the firms project area has ranged from Rupert to New Plymouth and Oakley to Stanley.
